WHAT IS FINAL DISPOSAL?

The final disposal is the conclusion of the processing of residue. The certificate issued by the operator grants the certification and guarantees that the residue accomplished the corresponding treatment.

WHAT IS A GENERATOR? WHO IS A TRANSPORTER? WHAT IS AN OPERATOR?

A Generator , is the one that produces a residue.
Transporters are those that deal in transferring the residue from the place where it was generated to the place where it will be receiving the appropriate treatment. These locations must be approved at National and Provincial levels and by OPDS; certifying in this way that we hold the elements and organization necessary to do this job; in full respect of the safety and hygiene laws under strict rules.
Operators are those in charge of the reception of residue brought by the transporters to the treatment plants, that recycle both solid and liquid residue.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AUTHORIZED AND NON-AUTHORIZED COMPANIES

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF A TRUCK? AND OF A DRIVER?

The vehicles must have 3 cones, 2 fire extinguishers, sand bucket, approval document of the vehicle, absorbent bar.
The driver must have: Contingency book, PVC gloves, helmet, girdle, safety goggles, safety boots, harness, noise protection, respiratory protection.
